At Lakeview Rehabilitation & Care Center, it is important to make you feel at home while you receive rehabilitation & skilled nursing care after an illness or injury.
Lakeview Rehabilitation is our residents’ home, temporarily if they are on our dedicated short stay rehabilitation unit, or long term if traditional nursing home care is needed.  Individual privacy is also a priority at Lakeview Rehabilitation for those residing in one of our 40 private rooms.

The Port Jefferson Tanning Salon is located approximately
½ mile south of Route 347 at the intersection of Route 112 and
North Bicycle Path in the Port Plaza. The Salon is next to Uncle
Giuseppe’s Marketplace, Mandee, Swirls and Twirls and PJ’s
Cinemas. We are conveniently located a few doors down from
LA Fitness and directly across the street from The Meadow Club.
